All sales made through LuxeOre Timepieces are final.

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been made:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No cancellations will be accepted

  • No returns or exchanges will be permitted

This policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or misunderstanding after confirmation.
